31 Whaler Orion

Restoration started with stripping bottom paint replacing all through hull sea cocks and she now has two coats of barrel coat, 1 coat of red ablative and 2 coats of blue, each year I have been touching with blue paint where the red layer was showing. Running gear, I started at the four-bladed propeller, new cutlass bearings, hoser pipes were clean and have no wear. Motors had a complete rebuild of both motors, new turbos, injector, starters alternators, P-pumps serviced, intercoolers, even new wiring harnesses, and custom machine engine mounts with aluminum caps bonded to stringers, only 160 hours since all the work. All other mechanical systems have either been replaced or restored to like new, down to a new head in 2023, including the holding tank and macerator pump. All hose has been replaced.

!20v fan and Ac/Heat control is in place, the circulation pump cooling unit did not work, and were not needed in Gulf of Maine. Wiring is in place and labeled.

There is also 3 boxes off spare parts, including a complete hose set, started and turbo for the engines.

Canvas has been replaced starting cover in 2020, sides and front 2022.

New electronic 2022 Garmin 1242 display with GT56 transducers and GPS receiver with heading sensor, she also has Ray Marine chart plotter with overlay 36 mile dome RADAR.
